Nice video ! We have lived in Lake Las Vegas for years . You have to check out the Westin Lake Las Vegas . This is a great stay vacation spot for local's or tourists . 2 nice large pools with water slide , beach rentals , restaurants , coffee shop , lounge , really nice Spa , and good shopping in the lobby . Love it .

Any HOA fees and how much for a condo no maintenance required?
Yes there are HOAs. Depending on where you live it can rage from $200 to $700. Some Iâve seen even more. I would let the realtor answer more on that though.
