And I would always say to him watch the day I walk out and if you hook up with another woman it’s going to come back to you. I walked out 6 years ago with my head up high and trusting My Lord. This is such a needed message I grew up eating the collards, corn bread, macaroni and cheese, etc, my father passed at 45 from eating this way, friends of mine have passed at a young age from eating the wrong way. I recently had a near death episode because I was eating too much salt in my diet. I now am eating a more natural diet and am feeling much better. More video's like this need to be seen.
