Where I work, if you are white, the odds of you getting promoted to an important position are almost 0 if there is a black person who can be promoted instead. Seniority, and experience don't matter. So many unqualified people have been promoted over people with decades more experience simply because of skin color. From where I stand, black privilege is still on the rise.

When I graduated college in 2000, my roommate and my apartment was 650 per month, we managed working 25-30 hours per week during school year, full time in summers making 5.0-6 bucks per hour. Now you need 2 full time incomes of 15 or higher with someone having a second job.
I’m 50 years old and still working 70 hour weeks. The biggest difference between now and any other time is that 70 hours per week is not enough anymore
