As individual i like Gretzky but i love Lemieux and Orr. Very humble and top class.
Mario grew into that. People forget he didn't even get out of his seat when drafted by Pittsburgh. Imagine if a player did that today. So he loses a few points there if we are talking class.
@@shooter1973 What about Eric Lindros? He refused to put on the Quebec jersey and refused to play for the Nordiques.
@@bmoshareholderappleshareho855 if he were sitting there I would've mentioned him.
Lemieux the most talented player id ever seen. Quote from orr himself
Wayne said that as well of him. Such praise
@@codekhalil6437 what are they gonna say i was better
lemieux goal/game ratio is the best in hockey history by some distance
@@ChrisE-iy7ok as much as i like Mario...Bossy's goal per game is top all time 🤷♂️
@@rickymainville5590 He should have said points per game.
wow.. what a group of legends
4 of my all-time favorites. Wow!
Ron Maclean is such a gem man, one of the most, if not the most respectable media guy out there
5 GOATS in the same room.
All great ambassadors of the sport.
Wow! What a group of all-time Greats!!!!! And Ovechkin just passed 2 of them in goals this year.
Gonna be fun watching ovi make his run at that career goals record. Woulda thought that was an impossible record to break with the differences in the game now
Orr is such legend. He could compete today very well if he was young no doubt in my mind
Orr was absolutely ridiculous.
I recently heard Derek Sanderson make the statement that Bobby Orr was as great as he was at a time before expansion, when everyone in the league was superb talent, as opposed to after expansion when the talent pool was watered down. Yeah, Mr. Orr would have done just fine competing today!!
What great players.... and is Lemieux huge or what?!
Greatness & class.
Pure Legends!!!
I love how some of the four best hockey players ever, they're all Canadian.
heck you could even argue the 10 best are
Yes I would argue that,,, haha
I have always said growing up in Michigan, the NHL is US money and Canadian Talent with the world for fillers.
French Canadian and Gretzky is half Russian
For now.
Messier was a stud superstar and one of the best leaders of all time in all sport. What a career, what a player!!! And he sticks out like a sore thumb right there...
Greatest leader in the history of all sports. A champion. Of champions
In his last 7 Seasons, NO Playoff Appearances. !!!!!!
Plus the dirtiest sneaky scumbag ever
If Mario played the number of games the others did… HE would have the RECORD to break
Sad but true... But he does have one thing over Wayne and all of them else... He won 6 cups and 2 without Wayne and Coffee. Wayne never won without him! He also has more game winning goals then Wayne and everyone else on that panel... He's also 3rd all time in career points in the NHL. So it's hard to argue with numbers!
The all-star of all-star teams right there.
The look on their faces as Bobby Orr number 4 is talking is priceless no ?
Arguably the 4 greatest players ever. The only one missing there is Howe
Ethan Yeomans You couldn't be any more accurate with your statement...
Don't forget about the rocket. 50 goals in 50 games was incredible back in his day
And maybe Hull as well.
and JEAN
Who would be the best American , if one was to be invited at the table? Mike Modano?
gretzky is like 4 days older than me,the great one.but i think the best player of all time is bobby orr,he got the scoring title, like 2 times or more as a defenseman, amazing.
And no other Defenseman in NHL History has ever won a scoring title.
Bobby Orr is 2nd all time in +/- and Raymond Bourque is 3rd all time.
(Larry Robinson is 1st and Wayne Gretzky is 4th)
Orr is great but I'll go with Gretzky for goat.
Such class those gentleman all have. Kuddos.
CLASS ACTS!!!!
The final generation of true hockey players
24BIGDYL what does even mean?
Final generation lol, do you forget 1990-2010 era. Probably the fastest and brutal era. :) Stacked era.
Goats 🐐 in the same room
Some of the greatest players to ever lace skates!
Bobby Orr the greatest Hockey Player Of All Time..
Mario Lemieux the best player at the table
yea 99 2000 points in 837 mario 1751 in 915
look at their plus minus stats orr was #1 99#4 #1 among offensive players mario like not even on the radar
Mario Lemieux best natural talent Canada has ever produced. Plus that Olympic Gold Medal. Amazing.
Were you old enough to watch Orr during his career?
@@fastenit27 yes. Him with Cashman,Hodge, Sanderson Esposito and Cheevers in net.
@@fastenit27 His goal on Glenn Hall was the Best ever. That photo was a random occurrence.
Wild. All legends but they all know Orr is the hero.
This is awsome 4 legends! The best of the best! Wish howe was there!
Imagine if they had done this when Gordie was alive. What a great combination of players. Incredible.
Thought Subban would have been there.
Messier is like Howe 2.0 but i'd draft Messier over Howe! He's Howe on steroids!
Lemieux is the GOAT
Gretzky was the most statistically dominant *athlete* of all time, never mind hockey.
These men represent what all hockey players should strive to be
Any kid seeking to play in the NHL should follow the careers of these guys! All great players and each one an absolute ambassador for the game of hockey. Some of Canada's finest people!!
Hockey players always have class. They carry themselves with great poise on and off the ice.
Orr the best all round real hockey player up there......he play the full 200 ft game...the way it should be.... he had the biggest tool box.....he could do it all.......
Jim Wade he wrecked his knees for his love of water skiing, he love to water-ski barefooted, he taught me how to ski when I was 12 years old!
He also only lasted 8 years in the NHL
His record didn't come close to Gretzky's, not even close.
@@cascorick8253 so your one that did god knees in,learning you how to ski..lol.... I'm from Georgian Bay too,and loved water skiing...
Hockey is thee greatest sport on the planet, ever, period. With the thee greatest guys ever. Especially back in the day. Still today too. I love these guys, Bobby Orr was my favorite, being from Boston and played myself as a kid till after high school. Thank god for the beautiful game of hockey everyone!
Enjoyed this video, thanks for sharing. "Kids watch you guys on the ice, that's how you lead". So true Bobby 🇨🇦👍
Throw in Bourque and Roy into that mix, you've got a pretty okay starting 6. ;)
Basically unstoppable
