This one is really fun and striking and I think I have to have it someday!!!! It reminds me of the feeling I get when I think of the story "Something Wicked This Way Comes", the scenes in "Big" with the automated oracle Zoltan, and of course the ambience of "Halloween", and every skittering leaf tumbling down dusky autumn lanes🎃🖤👻

Our local bookstore recently brought in three copies of the Horror Tarot. I love my Pulp Tarot, so after seeing this video, I purchased HT this morning. I had no idea Todd Alcott created a follow-up deck. 🎉

Simon, these make me wonder if thriller books from the 70s and 80s had the same cover in Britain as they did in the US. I know frequently books do not have the same artwork. The cards here that look like books are completely identical to books my mom had when I was growing up. The same font, same layout, similar style art. Even the same chipping and wear. They make me so nostalgic. I hope they hit the same way in Britain!
I really love this one! Did you notice that every word on the cards references the meaning of the card? Even the very small print that looks like credits on the bottom of the movie posters. I just love that!

I enjoy using this deck! One thing I would have preferred is some sort of verbal cue on the Cups suit, but I also admire that the reader is forced to "feel" the card's message, which encourages us to use our intuition--which is the point.
