2. Warm water: 2 cups
3. White button mushrooms: About 2 handful, diced
4. Tomatoes: 1 medium size, diced
5. Sweet corn: 1 cup
6. Fresh ginger: About half a thumb size, finely chopped
7. Eggs: 2 medium size, beaten
8. Sesame oil: 1 tsp
9. Salt: to taste
10. Ground black pepper: As per your taste
11. Green onions: Diced
