    Hi everyone! Thanks so much for watching my latest tutorial. I hope you enjoy this deep dive in to using Text Styles and Multi Level Lists to "automate" the calendar creation process in Affinity Publisher. This can be used to create a smaller single month grid, or a yearly spread. You can also use the concept to create a full month spread across a page. If you have any questions, as always, please let me know below! If you would like to see certain Affinity Publisher topics covered here, let me know that as well! I have several Publisher tutorials (and full length classes) in the works so stay tuned! Happy Creating!

    Dear Tracey,
    I wasn't that interested in this publisher work at first. But then I did it and learnt a lot of new things in the process. Many thanks for that!
    I would be delighted if you did something to do with nature again: e.g. tracing photos of birds or butterflies with vectors and adding colour and textures. I particularly liked your flower lessons.
    Thanks again for your work and best regards from Switzerland. Niklaus

      I totally understand the struggle to find the perfect planner. I'm putting together a class now on how to create one in Affinity Publisher, start to finish, and will post when it's complete. Hopefully that will help you! (by the way, are you using the iPad or desktop version?)
      Thank you again!

    Thank you so much for this! It was so helpful. Can I ask how you would create a calendar page across two pages?

      Hi there! Thank you so much for watching, and taking the time to comment. I'm so happy to hear it was helpful! I'm actually pulling together a tutorial for that. It would be difficult to explain in writing here but hopefully you will find that tutorial helpful! (coming out soon!)

    I have a question about the tutorial: why did you turn the stoke off on the master page, and not on the asset? Is it to give the freedom to use it with lines or simply remove it later as we go? I already saw a lot of things that could have saved me time in my 2024 digital planner. I can't wait to attend your new course.

      Hi Te! I leave the stroke on the asset because I don't turn the strokes off on my tables until after I format them with the correct dates for whatever year I'm creating. I could do it with the lines off but I just find it easier to see what I'm doing, as well as make sure I don't need to adjust anything if I decide to change fonts, spacing, etc, with the grid lines on. It also helps to see the lines when I'm placing all the months on the page, so I can really get a feel for spacing. I would just prefer to adjust my dates first, then remove the lines as I go. Let me know if you have any questions about the above, or any others!
      I'm so glad you found things that could help you with your new planner! I look forward to seeing you in the course! Thank you for watching!

    Whener i use number it has a dot beside it. How do i get rid of that

    • @Tracey-CreatorCollage
      @Tracey-CreatorCollage  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Hi there! At about 11:16 on the timecode I show how to remove it. You would remove it from the Text formatting box under Bullets and Numbering when you're creating the Paragraph style. Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks for watching!
