    I have a small TENS Unit that my neurologist prescribed for me about 5 years ago that I haven't used very much. (My doctor called it into a pharmacy which is the wrong way to go for the small TENS Unit I have because it was way overpriced and I could have saved $$ if I just went online and bought it.) The directions weren't real clear on what setting to put it on and the placement of the pads weren't explained in the directions for the unit either. I talked to the nurse practitioner (or physician's assistant) at the neurologist office and she didn't know how to place the pads or what control buttons settings to use on the TENS for what they prescribed it to me for. Thank you for this video because at least I have a better understanding on where the pads go. Hopefully I'll be able to get better use out of my TENS.

    I've heard of women using tens unit during labor to make it bearable. I know they are more popular in Canada and the UK. They advise you use them in early labor and continue to increase as you enter active labor. Ive seen the pads placed on lower back and then mid back on each side of the spine. Have you heard of this?

    Hi Bob and Brad! Love your videos, I use them all the time. I saw that a few years ago you did a product review for Purewave. I wanted to ask if you still thought it was worth the investment? They have a new attachment for areas around the joints, so I thought I would ask.

    • @BobandBrad
      @BobandBrad  Před 4 lety +2

      We now found a superior product to Purewave, the Renpho line is better and even less money than Purewave. they come with all attachments you need as well.

    Should I be worried? I sleep like a dead man for 5-6 hours, no matter what time I go to bed. Example... Go to bed at 8pm - get up at 2 am. No dreams, nothing. Then, I wake up full of energy. I find I value my early, early, morning alone, and task time. Then, I work at a physical job all day, have dinner at 6pm and the cycle repeats. For months and months at a time. I do Keto/Carnivore, 2MAD...
    I've always been a Type A person, but my woman says this is ridiculous. She's always whining, "Come back to bed." I'm pretty sure she is going to leave me. But, it's all out of my control. C'est la vie, as the French say.

      Actually it's a good sign that you're in the right direction. With keto you're more energetic and need less sleep. Not having dreams means your mind is at rest! People find it difficult to quite the mind.
