- When I was in New York visiting my best friend, I got the chance to stop by the American Girl Place in New York! It was so cool to be able to compare it to the AGP Chicago, and to see the new displays for AG's 35th anniversary.

The New York one is really big!!
Chicago was the biggest but now that they are closing the bottom floor it isn’t.

@@rosebricksis Yeah, and the Chicago one was always like the main one that was the biggest of a deal if you went there.😢😢 that they are closing the bottom floor. I know because I was watching the Chicago AG Place on BiggestAGFanEVER too.
WOW🤩🤩 one of my biggest wishes is to one day be able to visit the at store🥲 When you live in Sweden it’s not the easiest thing 🥲🥲
I live in New Jersey so I’m very close to New York City like right next door and next time I go New York I want to go to the American Girl Store. I have Joss by the way!!!

I would love it if AG re-released Julie, Kit, and Rebecca in their original meet outfits, and brought back Marie-Grace and Cecile. Does anyone have an inside scoop on when the mini doll of Courtney will become available 🤔?!
I want Cecile but they retired her so I bought the books of her ! I did just buy Addy though ! 😀
I remember the old American girl place on 5th Avenue. I was there in 2013 for my 13th birthday. I really miss it. It was big and to me, out of this world. I think it had 5 floors. Can't remember but yeah. I don't hate the new location but it doesn't have that magic touch.

It must be really fun to go to the store. Especially when the restaurant is opened. On a birthday with money to spend, what a fun day. You mentioned that you wished that there was an ambulance. I do, too. Our Generation has an ambulance and stretcher which is sold separately. I bought an Our Generation hospital bed. Of course the cast doesn’t fit. So, I l’ll use my American Girl cast. I also bought the hospital tray and food for my dolls. I will admit that that the quality is not as good as American Girl. Being in the Heath care field, I will admit that it is somewhat realistic.
I never went to a american girl store because i live in a other contry😞.

My older sister Dina works there 11 Am to 4pm Monday to Saturday she takes Sundays off. Last time i saw her was last year when i bought olly Molly in to get her fixed up. Yeah had ms Olly Molly with me since my childhood so it was time she got a good fixer upper. I really cherish Olly Molly and always will no matter what. My sister calls me the doll father pretty neat huh. I love it got a nice vibe to it cause in a way I am like her father a Doll father.

Thank you for posting such detailed videos of the stores! I hope to make a trip to the Chicago store in the next few months, but definitely won’t be going to NY anytime soon. These help me feel like I’m there and not missing anything!🤣
