    It's not the shape of the machine it's the knowledge and technology inside of it the usa invented the first submarine in the 1700 or 1800 s can't remember the date but we've been building military subs from then and each one gets better so anyone just starting out will need to learn a lot to even come close to catching usa maybe in another 100 years I'm not worried they will catch up even then what some don't relize this the UK and French and usa own the blue water seas and have been owning it for a long time and any one of our navies can handle the rest of the world alone or very quick with our allies which will always work together

    We've always been ahead and attack submarines, Since the USSR inventor first boomers, they didn't know each one had and attack submarine following it All the time, every time it left port Until it returned in case of a nuclear war This wasn't disclosed until a decade or more. After the stark treaty and the collapse of the Soviet Union

    Awesome video.
    But at the 2:15 mark, I wonder what the tube-shaped object is on the Sub's Hull?
    A "mini-sub"?
    Does it stay there, when the sub dives?
    I would say "No".

    Looking at this very informative channel ive reaffirmed what i knew, it's impossible to win a nuclear war, even if you got a first strike on land, a sub would pop up an destroy it adversary country, why military ppl even talk about game changing weapons scares me

      I agree no one can win a nuclear exchange but if it ever happens the country that starts it with USA will be suicide for anyone to challenge usa we are freedom loving people and come up with new ways to kill each year and it even scares me sometimes i live here in usa and feel guilty that we overmatch any army and keep building new and better stuff each year we hear about something new all the time

    Great video! I Like it! I feel safe, Yeah, but I feel like the Navy needs more Missiles.. Do they really have enough on each Submarine, or Battleships?? Better advanced ammo, more ammo on board! That's all i'm saying.

    • @rdelrosso1973
      @rdelrosso1973 Před 29 dny

      It appears that the Virginia Class subs have conventional (non-nuclear) missiles.
      The following info is for our OHIO Class Nuclear Subs:
      The A-Bomb that wiped out Hiroshima 79 years ago, on August 6th, 1945 was about equal to 15,000 tons (15 KiloTons (KT) ) of TNT.
      By a conservative estimate the "Hiroshima Bomb" killed 80,000 or 100,000 people.
      Let's go with 80,000 or about 5,333 persons per KT, to be conservative.
      But let's say it was "only" 5,000 Dead per KT, to be more conservative.
      The "Standard" Nuclear Warhead on a Ohio Class Nuclear Sub's missiles is 425 KT or a little over 28 (twenty-eight) times the power of Hiroshima!
      So, in theory, a 425 KT Nuke could kill 28 times 80,000 or 2,240,000 people.
      Each Missile has at least SIX such Nukes or six times 425 KT or 2,550 KT per Missile. And they are MIRVs (Multiple Independently-targeted Re-entry Vehicles), so could be directed to impact SIX different cities.
      So, in theory, each missile can kill six times 2,240,000 or 13,440,000 people.
      Each sub has about 20 such missiles (down from 24, under the START Treaty).
      So, again, in THEORY, each Nuclear Armed sub can kill twenty times 2,240,000 or 268,800,000 million people or 18+ Percent of China's Population of 1,430 million or 100% of Russia's 148 million people.
      And HOW many such Ohio Class subs does the USA have?
      About fourteen.
      So the 10 or more Virginia Class Subs in this video are "the icing on the Cake"!
      And you want to add MORE missiles to each sub?
      WHY?
      So before commenting, you may want to do some research FIRST!
      I'm just saying!
      You may ALSO want to read these words:
      "If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive,
      but for the sake of the elect, those days would be shortened."
      ----- Jesus Christ in Matthew Chapter 24: Verse 22
      Circa 33 AD/CE
      Of course, that was said when the world's most powerful weapon was probably the Roman Catapult, which could hurl a Big Rock or Ball of Fire some 600 to 900 feet.

    With the money we gave to Ukraine we could have 50 Seawolf class or 10 Ford class aircraft carriers. This is what we mean "America First".

    •  Před 29 dny

      we didn't give money Tracey we gave 1980 Iraq-era equipment and built new stuff within the USA to restock. they are killing Russians so NATO doesn't have to.

    • @rdelrosso1973
      @rdelrosso1973 Před 29 dny

      @Tracey:
      Have you done the Math on that?
      The USS Gerald Ford Aircraft Carrier costs about $13 Billion.
      So $13 Billion times ten is $130 Billion.
      So far, we have given Ukraine about $90 to $100 Billion, so I don't understand your Comment.
      And since we ALREADY have about ELEVEN Aircraft Carriers, what would we do with TEN more?
      It is far MORE cost-effective to give Ukraine weapons (90% of which have been gathering dust in our Inventory) and STOP Russia in Ukraine, to the extent that Putin would have to be CRAZY to even THINK of a Nuclear War.
      I think Putin wants to enjoy his:
      >NINETEEN homes (not including his Presidential Palace)
      >SEVEN HUNDRED personal vehicles, mostly cars
      > FIFTY-SEVEN personal aircraft (including about six Helicopters)
      and
      >SIX private yachts (all of which have at least ONE Helipad, so he can
      reach them by Helicopter)!

    China has had nothing but engineering short comings in the way of constant break downs whether above or below sea level. It's interesting but predictable the media does not like to talk about missing naval ships or ships requiring long distance towing back to port due to break downs!!!😱🤔
