How polarizing yet tragic her character was. I always loved how she'd question things because she'd put everyone's point of view into perspective and by proxy, saved everyone else's asses when they were on the gutter. Chiaki is the best imo.
That’s because the character has a somewhat different personality between the games and the anime. In the games, she’s more reserved and softspoken, and doesn’t emote that strongly most of the time. Even during the few times she does come off as more excited, she comes off more casual about it. She also has a quirk where she spaces out sometimes with ellipses, and another suit where she falls asleep easily. In the anime, Chiaki doesn’t have either of those quirks, and while she’s still reserved and softspoken, she emotes a lot more and comes off more animated than game-Chiaki. She’s also able to hold conversations better with people, and since she’s a real human being and not an AI, she actually knows about things like holidays and basic real life concepts, so she doesn’t come off as super sheltered. That’s why the English VA sounds like she voices her a bit differently between mediums. The character herself is a little different.

So wait, at the end of Danganronpa 3 Despair (anime), is that the start of Danganronpa 2 the game? I noticed she wore a brown school's jacket, while at the end of the end she's wearing a black jacket like from the game.
@@elizaog Thank you. I kinda noticed at the end of the Despair Acr seems like its the start of Danganronpa 2 game (I've never played it). But I start to noticed things when they said you should played that game. And I saw in a game play recently that Hinata sorta overcame Izuru. Which explains why he still has one red eye.

The despair arc takes place before danganronpa 1 and 2. The future arc and the hope are take place after 2
