Great to see this old recording! Chet and Jerry were 2 of the greatest guitarists ever. But Pat Bergeson deserves much more! He is still entertaining with other of todays greatest like Tommy Emmanuel, Richard Smith, Joe Robinson etc!
Great video. 3 of my favorites. Nothin' like Chet & Jerry - RIP. Pat, I just love the sound you get, and your lead ideas and riffs, just blow my mind. I'm a fellow Chet style picker from Ohio. I'll tell Palmer Moore to practice those licks and to get in step.
"No we don't do coordinated outfit styles. I doing a Bill Cosby type sweater and he's gonna be Elvis up top and Tom Wolfe on the bottom and that's how we roll"
All those great guitarists and the bass man still gets a solo ... greatness, indeed.
Two of the greatest to ever hold a guitar, the best ever.
Still in Awe 25 yrs later after hearing Chet play 2 songs at the same time.

Fantastic! Thanks for posting this. Wanted to see how Chet played it. I believe this won a Grammy back in the 90s.

Does this band have a name? Something appropriate like the Old GOATS?
