Not only are these great moves on their own and in combination with each other, but many of them allow you to reverse engineer scarier stuff through progressive reduction of reliance. Eventually you won't have to twist the cheat gainer and it'll just become a regular gainer and then a flat backflip. Super helpful for mental barriers at the cost of a slight bit more work overall

These are great introductions to the actual “twists” and, actually how your supposed to go into learning the proper “twists” just add more comfort and dilation over time

I already know how to back full flat and I find that the hack full is harder than a normal full
