Not me knowing these tricks already cause I used to do them all the time as a kid
x2
I'm sorry but if you have to learn this tricks at an age where you can watch youtube alone, then you need to actually go outside lol. like kids at the age who'd be searching up tricks, can already do backflips lol
@@Sophiah_vidzz I think you misunderstood the comment. They could already do this as a child. Also, not all kids have trampolines
The things I've been doing as long as I can remember and definitely did not learn it with progressions, just through it full out

"Hey what do you do for a living?"
"Jump on trampolines"
I'm a gymnastics coach, so what do I do for a living? Throw children.
@@kiraball1474 ayo?!
@@Ben-real how do you think a lot of skills are learned in gymnastics? A coach has to tell you how to do it, have you start the skill, then when you get to the part you can't do we will throw you in the correct direction so you land on your feet. Once you learn how to do most of the skill by yourself the coach's job stops being throw you and it's becomes catch you if you mess up.
So what do I do for a living? Throw and catch children
@@kiraball1474 ye ik but it sounds sus
That's what makes it funny
Easy tricks- ‘back drop’ : lands on neck
how do u even mess up that bad
One warning, table drop can be awful for you back if you do it wrong. Make sure to land properly in order to save your back from collapsing inwards. Ask a trampoline expert to help you do it properly to avoid such. Stay safe! ❤️
This is a really helpful informative video for beginners bob, thank you
I thought everyone knew how to do these without a tutorial I didn’t even think they were tricks
I have did all of those on Trampoline
Saw the very first trick and thought that didn't look anywhere near basic lol. But keep watching. All 5 listed afterwards are basic and well presented 👍
Front flips are really easy to master too
Is it bad I’ve been trying to learn for 2 years 😭 (but for one year it’s been double vision)
Thank you
Nice
I so badly want to go to motive. Can I get a heart❤
Double backflip tutorial PLEASE!!!!!😭
Please please
Ya actually that would be so cool I need that too
I like the seat drop
I want to learn to backflip
Love it!
Ty my lil brother did it ty so much ❤️
Thanks
I wish I had a trampoline. ☹
I learned how to do a backflip in maybe 40ish minutes! Ima give a tut
For any beginners:
PLEASE USE TRAMPOLINES IF POSSIBLE!
In order to learn a backflip this is what you need to do:
1. Stretch whole body
2. Practice falling backward
3. Fall backward and tuck
4. Roll off a couch backwards, sticking your feet straight over you to land
5. Jump and at the top of your jump, you lean back, tuck, then stick it.
6. Combine all.
To do front flips
1. Forward roll
2. Jump forward roll
3 jump, handstand, front roll
4. At top of jump, lean forward and tuck
5. Start by landing in a sitting position
6. Tuck longer to land
i did seat drops as a kid. I thought i was soooo cool
Tysm I had a fear of backdrops but now I can do one again :)
Ya can you please do more videos for more advanced athletes
Those tricks you can learn as a 4 year old through trial and error will n your own. Can you make a tutorial on how to add spins to your flips, I’ve just gotten into flipping and I can front flip and backflip and would like to learn how to add spin to it or maybe learn how sideflip? You should make another channel on tutorials I’m sure it would blow up and help a lot of people
Thank you I just got a trampoline and this will help me out a lot. Thank you.
I learned 2 and 3 when I did gymnastics when I was 5
Yo can you make a tutorial for the last trick, like the one where you grab your legs and spin, it looks really fun
can you make a tutirial for backflip on the ground? because I try to learn backflip for 2 monts and I can't do it
Loved this one. Make morrreeee!
I always do a seatdrop I can do it like 5 or 6 times in a row.
I do those in gymnastics
i used to do trampoline classes
Any tips for doing the back drop without hurting your neck?
Trampoline coach here. Try landing with your head on the bed in a relaxed position. To build up to that start with bouncing on your back making sure your head is touching the bed as you land on your back. Then follow the progressions above: start by going from a seat position to your back, then build it up from crouched to properly jumping. Also recommend using a mat if available particularly when you start going from your feet
@@nicolabannister3582 Thank you, this is helpful:)
Dontdrop your head
I used to do trampolining and we learned swivel hips which is where you'd a seat drop then swivel your hips round to a half turn then land In a seat drop again
I just full-on did the first one before even seen the video I thought it would be good for playing trampoline dodgeball
I can already do all of these.
More pls!
Bobs going places
All of this is ez for everyone
I already know the first one 😅 and im still a beginner 😂
I saw lots of video about the back drop when I was a kid. I remember doing the back drop because it look cool, but I got whip lash injury. My head was forcefully and quickly thrown backward and then forward. It takes so long to recover. Since that day, I stop doing the backdrop.
😮
Lol I love doing the back thing then doing a half backflip going into it
Yes, kids do these all the time.
Can you please do a tutorial on how to do a back flip on a trampoline?🥺
Pigme has a good tutorial on it
I did these super long ago and I never used a mat. However I am really good at all of these even using some together.
Can you make a video on intermediate tricks with no flips?
Can you make another one for mediocre trampoline tricks
I've done table drop before but shot forward some how
Grass is a type of plant with narrow leaves growing from the base. A common kind of grass is used to cover the ground in places such as lawns and parks. Grass is usually the color/colour 'green'. Grasses are monocotyledon herbaceous plants.
Bro what
Back in my day these tricks ended in the word “bomb
back drop is ez😊
I’m trying to loan all of the tricks that you do on the trampoline
I can do all of them except for the stomach drop, whenever I try it I have my arms out and half way I pull them back halfway (because I’m scared of hitting my face) and then my stomachs’s just in pain for 10 seconds
I tried it before full twist btw I just got it on my first try just go for it
I actually can do this. But I wish I had axes to a trampoline :/
Can you do hard tricks to learn on a trampoline?
POV: You know all the tricks that he showed: Woooooo🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I finally know know how something that some people can't
I already know all these (no offense) I have just had a trampoline for my whole life (11 YEARS) so can you do some tricks that look hard but are easy to do??? Plzz
The moment I saw my trampoline on my 9 birthday I tried the second one and got it on my second try and it was pretty easy
Could u do beginner flips
The first trick i learned on a trampoline was a frontflip
Me cuz I’m crazy I just send things first try
Difrent socks is my only comment
Nah bro you awsome
I tough that the last one will be something like double full to double kaboom
I Kan front flip and back flip
I’ve been doing these forever and I had no idea they could be classified as tricks. I just realized I could be lazy and still bounce
I cracked my neck when i did .2 it was because of my arms when i landed i suggest tilting them backwards a little bit so that doesnt happen
Actually if u jump on your knees, u can break your back or do something with it
What? How?
Figures I just went to a trampoline park a day or two ago and I am still soar
I’ve been doing back drop sence before i Even knew it was a trick 😭 like I have been doing it sence I was 4
can u do a back handspring
I know first trick😅😂❤❤❤❤❤
I can do double spin in the air, on tampoline triple
I started doing backdrop jumping straight into it
I landed on my arm and was paralized for a day
How do u do that spin on ur back?? I tried it and I can't seem to get it
I know all😅😊
As someone who has been doing insane flips for years… i can confirm that you must be VERY cautious when trying drops like these😂
the fact that i have been doing trampoline gymnastics for 3 years now and i’m still scared to do a stomach drop
When I did this is just did it
I use to do these-
sorry to say this but i used to do trampolining competitively as a front drop is better when you know a seat and other drops as it can really hurt
I've been doing table drop and didn't know it had a name😅
I am trying to do it
I lend the hard way
Trick number 2 is what I actually can do on the bed
Once I master my back drop imma be able to do a backflip with easew
Can I please see more
What if I want to do it like “this”
I always called the table one a doggy
I hurt my back doing the seat drop and I'm a gymnast 😅
Here’s another one: back drop, then a front flip
I just noticed his legs a so stable that it looks like he only has one leg
Not me doing all of them at age 5 on the first try now I'm 13 and I have learnt a lot more
We call table dogy and the other one tummy drop!
These are so easy I did them when was like six without a mat and I guess it was kind of dangerous cause I just sent it so maybe next time I’ll be a little careful
I did all of these before I was 8
I accidentally learn this, when trying to learn a backflip are use it as a fallout😂
I knew seat drop since last year
I know you probably won’t see this comment but do you know my parkour coach He works at the gym called parkour elements please respond to this
