Thank you for so openly talking about mental health & anxiety. In 2010 I lost my 5 year old daughter to terminal cancer & after she passed aside from the ptsd symptoms that developed I had paralyzing panic attacks & didn't want to leave my home which was fine for a time but later when I found out I was pregnant I knew I had to do something to get a hold on it because it was just gonna be me & this baby & I needed to care for him. I went through therapy & behavioral health to really dig deep into triggers & ways to calm my mind & treat my ptsd, my son is now 10 & it's still just him & me against the world but I've now gone 7 years without anxiety medication. It's definitely not for everyone & medication can be so helpful for so many people so don't ever let anyone make you feel bad for needing to take medication for anxiety or any other mental health condition. I hope everyone is doing well & has as much love for this absolutely iconic queen as I do.

Medication plus therapy is more effective than medicine alone. Exercise can also give everything a boost. I know this may or may not be possible with your ED. Whatever you decide, keep being the queen that you are. You are an inspiration to so many. I am so proud of you!
