I'm 65 and really enjoying the knowledge this season fancier is sharing. Was borne a fancier but because of my circumstances not able to keep and race bird's until my retirement in two years from today then God willing it is until he returns! This men is a wealth of knowledge thanknyou for sharing with us fancier's a treasure like many before him God bless thank you.👍
I’m 45 and was a fancier as a kid & always knew I would have pigeons when I retire. Then circumstances opened up about 3 years ago where I could get pigeons again. They get in your blood. Gary has been doing it a very long time and had to learn a lot the hard way.
He originally started with Huysken Van Riel he got from Leon Whitney. That's his base line that he's added outside blood to since the 60s. He's added some Janssen, some Stichelbaut to the line. He's more interested in the long distance racing beyond 400 miles so he doesn't care too much for the short distance lines. He doesn't keep any pure lines of birds, just good birds added to that original HVR stuff.
I am from Pakistan, we have different piegon high flyer, my English is not so good, but old man man tell very good ,we also use apple veneger, this is best for stomach, Pakistani high flyer best in best all over the world, a few days ago in competition 7 piegon make in one flight 197 hours
Wow, 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar per gallon is strong, I'm surprised they drink it enough to not get dehydrated or go down for water elsewhere.
Our competition held in April may when temperature above 40 7 day ,,11 days one day flying day one day rest day most difficult in all over the world we have use too much almond our piegon during training days one piegon in one day eat 30 to 40 almond, natural diet We use zafran musk ambar peral and amny other very high costly things
This is by far the best most informative pigeon video I have watched!!!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for the gracious compliment. Gary is a gem to have in our club.

Very nice. Thank you for sharing. 👍👍👍👍
I love talking with the old boys in the club like this guy ... they truely love the sport and could talk to you for days about it .
He’s got a ton of stories. I could film about 7-8 hours and still not hear half of em.
I wish I had a mentor like him. Loved the video..
He’s very willing to share his information.
Yes sir very good video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great video. Would like to hear more about specific lines of birds.

He won every young bird race but 1 this year. Has had pigeons longer than I have been alive. I don’t personally put that much, but to each his own.
❤❤❤💛💛💛👏👏👏
