I never said uncivilized. The only thing I said, there are people who don't believe in extra modernization when you look at pune city you feel different but the people around my pg are different that's it!

The idea of "modernisation" is different for people for some it's doing job, for some it's intercaste marriage , for some it's wearing revealing clothes, for some it's doing modeling , for some doing p*rn. Some of the things i mentioned might not be modern to you but the people who do all these things will consider you "uncivilized" like you said about these people. So it's all subjective at the end.
