Shinobi's Vet Visit

- Shinobi injured his eye on Sunday so we took him to the vets straight away on Monday. This is just an update on his vet visit. His eye has been healing very well so far. However, I separated him temporarily from his cage mate Barbock as precaution in case the injury was due to a fight. They have both been ok on their own so far. I will see what happens when I try to reintroduce them.

I'm really glad Shinobi's eye is looking better! Ulcers can be stubborn! Good thing you caught it early. I try to do the same thing because emergencies can add up quickly! Ella had lead poisoning once that cost a total of around $700 between visits, x-rays and treatment.
All of your animals looks so healthy! By the way, your subscriber number is absolutely skyrocketing!! I swear you had about 500 around Christmas when I subscribed? You will probably have about 10,000 in a couple of years!! :D
I'm glad he is doing better and I hope his eye continues on getting better. He didn't seem too concerned, just munching away! :)

Oh my goodness! That is pretty serious! Yes, Ella's bill was not fun but luckily as it was a month and a half process it wasn't all paid at once. It was kind of a freak thing though so of course not something we were anticipating at all! I believe we've spent the most on that teeny bird lol.

Poor Shinoby! :( Is he doing well? I'm just wondering.. have any of your pigs have a URI or any other Illness or injury? If so, how much is the cost? My piggy is not sick but im just wondering if he ever does get sick.
I hope he gets better! My guinea pig is sneezing continually and even some blood come out. I can't take him to the vet right now cause its Sunday and its already closed. What should I do for now and what do you think it is?
