    Crafted with the finest ingredients, each bite-sized truffle is a masterpiece of velvety chocolate ganache, delicately laced with the warmth of aged bourbon for a sophisticated twist.     Ingredients:
    3-4oz 60%-70% Cacao chocolate bars.
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Flavoring:
    3 tablespoons Peanujt Buuter
    3 teaspoons bourbon
    Coating:
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
    1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
    Instructions:
    .1. Finely chop the chocolate bars. Next, add heavy cream to a saucepan. Heat the cream on medium-high until just before simmering.
    *** Reserve 1-4oz chocolate bar and 1/3 cup cream for peanut butter-flavored truffles. (do not reserve any chocolate or cream if only making chocolate truffles).
    2. Remove cream from the heat and pour over chopped chocolate. Whisk continually until the chocolate is melted; continue to whisk in vanilla until smooth. Press plastic wrap over the top of the chocolate, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours overnight.
    *** Split the chocolate mixture into two halves and whisk in bourbon to one of them (do this if only you are making a portion of bourbon truffles).
    3. Using a 2 tsp scoop, make chocolate balls, forming them with clean, cold hands. Once formed, toss the ball into the desired topping and thoroughly coat the outside. Chill completed truffles in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
