Boneless/Skinless Sardines and Mackerel are great protein for breakfast. A side of avocado would be better than mixing with guacamole. Sriracha sauce is alright.
Next time call me Popeyes Chicken, fries, Gartorade Fit [no sugar and color]. Beef Jerky is only my day off [yes American here] Guinness for alcoholic beverage. Pupperoni are supposedly close to a Slim Jim [former coworker stated he gave a 'friend' 1 and they said was pretty good!

Yay, I’m so glad you are back! As someone who got diagnosed with celiac’s disease over the Christmas holiday, I am miserable. Maybe it’s an American thing but the gluten free bread makes me want to cry, it’s like eating cardboard. Good luck with getting everything diagnosed. What a painful way to find out you’ve got all these issues. Your friends are buttheads 🤣🤣
