For all the international food, do the Filipino chefs add sugar since Filipinos want to make everything sweet? They abuse sugar

Not every dishes requires sugar.. sugar only on desserts

Small advice, frame your shots so you don't pan your camera so much. Basically, just pick a vantage point and very slowly inch your way to moving the camera in one direction at a time, instead of swerving it around because it can cause discomfort even with auto-stabilization.
