In this tutorial, I will show you a way to enhance your sky quickly and effectively with two adjustment layers that target specifically the blue colors. We will use a targeted Hue/Saturation layer and a Selective Color layer to make it look like we had a polarization filter on our lens when we were shooting the photo.

What if the sky is over exposed and white with no apparent blues even though there was blue in the sky when the shot was taken? Without affecting the rest of the image, how do you get the colors in the sky to pop without swapping out the sky?

If there are no blues left in the sky, you cannot save any. If the sky is really overexposed, you'll need to replace it entirely in Photoshop.
