Somehow I've ended up with the job of creating monthly newsletters for a club I'm in, so I'd like to say a massive thank-you for this video. Who knows - one day I might even enjoy doing it as I become more adept! When I reach the point when the quality of content bothers me more than the technicalities of creating the document, then I'll consider that a significant achievement! Meanwhile I'll be looking out for the next issue of Wombat News and the latest on their war with those pesky Koalas.

Would you be willing to do a tutorial on how to use the Pages Newsletter Template itself because it has some weird non-intuitive aspects that I for one would love to have someone walk the public through. Hi Gary from Uruguay! I finally got my document!!!! THANK YOU !!!!!!! The only difficulty I encountered was when I used different font sizes of the same font. So when I have to "UPDATE" all the letters are changed to one single size... is there a way to make different sizes stay as they are? My titles have 16 pt, but the letter in the subtitle of the recipe is 14, updating puts them all either to 16 or to 14.... I ended up building several templates, with different color lines, as I don't know if you can edit a template and change the colors of the lines? Well, all in all, it's been quite an experience learning a completely new program! I had to watch your vlog endless times LOL GRACIAS!

Put the image in with no wrap at all. Let the text flow under it. Then create a custom shape. Set that to wrap Auto. Draw it and edit it to get the text to wrap just like you want it. Put the shape behind the image, or just make it transparent.
