As a Knicks fan I'm even more upset today after witnessing three ejections during the playoffs last night. Westbrook, PJ Washington from Clippers and Dallas game and Okegie from Phoenix and Timberwolves game... neither one of these ejections were as egregious as the foul on Mitchell Robinson who is now injured...go figure. Thank you Oakley for being the bodyguard for this team.🗽
If Robinson had pulled down Embid he would have been tossed..

Tobias should be able to get 18-20 points if embid maxey getting 30 each. Along with oubre , hield, batum, Payne should be able to combine for another 30-35 points.

Embiid didn’t injure Mitchell, he intentionally fouled him after being knocked to the ground by OG Anunoby’s offensive foul/shove that didn’t get called (go back and look at it again), Embiid intentionally fouled him to stop the play and force Mitchell to the line instead of giving him an easy 2 points…not an intention to injure him…AND PLUS Mitchell sprained his ankle LATER in the game after he made contact with another player on the ground (and that injury had nothing to do with Embiid) ❌

Both are coming back from injuries. And I 'm pretty sure if you do the same foul on Embiid you are probably getting ejected

If a 270 pound 7'2'' guy like Embiid can't take that simple contact which happens pretty much every possession in the NBA he wouldn't be in the NBA. It was a clear flop and then he grabs a guy's leg who was going up in the air. I get people being fans but if the Sixers were my team I'd be disgusted and wouldn't be cheering on this kind of dirty play.

Only reason Embiid didn't get ejected was because it was 6 minutes into the 1st quarter. Refs were too scared to eject him so early at home.

Rooting for Embiid
That was a terrible moment for the League. It's not even about Knicks vs. 76ers. It's a human thing -- these guys spend the entire season trying to rehab from injuries and deal with surgeries and keep their bodies in shape. It's how they make their living, they can lose their entire careers if their bodies give out. For Embiid to actually try and re-injure a player like that, who is just back from surgery and rehab -- it's just inhuman. It's a shame.
Embid is lucky he wasn't ejected for that take down... just a dirty dangerous move
