#44 Building a Timber Pot and First Time Fermenting Food

Managed to cut and assemble the new timber pot for new vegetation to go over the brickwall with the neighbours. And with the new fermentation crock my friends gifted for my birthday back in April, I’m finally trying to ferment for the first time. Have also visited a mussels bar in West Malling, Kent called Frank’s Restaurant and Mussels Bar.

Nice...reminds me of Camden town in London.. I lived there for a few years...now am in south Africa..who drunk the Belgium beers?? They are nice .. I am Belgian.😊

@@claudinevandamme4809 Camden Town is just as beautiful. I’ve been there, many canal ways. And the Belgian beers were a plus in the restaurant we were. Really lovely!

The sound from the canal is from coots, little birds that nest in the canal. Otherwise it might be my neighbours children :D
