We do enjoy your content. Even if you feel like not getting the shots/scenes/... you strive for - we are happy with your content.
Don't let your work/travel/vloging become something that makes you unhappy when you think about it.
I'm not an expert, but maybe just slow your pace, production-wise. Get some me-time by taking a day off and then another one, for as long as you need to. spend quality time in a hotel with nice food, or go for a hike. Whatever floats your boat.
You deliver content plentyful and regularly. And it's top notch.
Slowing your pace won't change that impression.

As a fellow CZcamsr and motorcycle traveler, I have to say that this is my favorite video you have made. I consider your videos to be a master class on film making, and something I aspire to, but sometimes they are so good that they paint motorcycle travel as this romantic, idealistic experience. My experiences on the road are always a combination of beautiful scenery, great roads, amazing people and also a few hard times or issues that I have to deal with. This video is real and shows that even someone with your talent and experience has struggles. I applaud you for being vulnerable and showing us what is real!

This video is brilliant, honest and vulnerable. I could feel myself right there with him, getting eaten alive and wondering WTF I was doing out there! Thing is… when you get home after a trip like this, the sense of accomplishment is so rewarding, and while you may wanna take a break, you also can’t help but to start planning the next journey! 🤣

Fellow CZcamsr here, I’ve been riding to the Arctic Ocean every year for the last 6 years. I ride alone and often camp in remote locations. Yes, the mosquitoes, bears and often horrible weather can push you to your limits. I took bear spray on my first trips but now I don’t even bother. No good way to escape the mosquitoes, plenty of deet and a head net is about it. I don’t even check the weather anymore, I just tough it out. I’m 74, if I give up now I’ll never get back in the groove.

In a weird backwards way, this is one of the most inspiring videos I have ever seen. As someone who has been in this situation many times and then see everyone portray this life style as only positive, how refreshing it is to see a fellow adventurer share the struggles I have also faced. The irony is, one day you will look back and can't wait to be miserable all over again.

You’ve certainly presented your emotions to a new level in this video Sterling, it comes through on the last couple of videos that things were heading in the wrong direction. The rawness when your at your worst…harrowed and haggard in your hoody, waging battle against the mozzies and your mind, yet, you still keep on recording to present what you do so well…tell a story through your images. We have bad days, then we have even worse, but there will be beautiful ones too that make it all the more worthwhile. Take it easy, take care of yourself and hope you get back on that big horse to ride some more spectacular sunsets.

Thanks for sharing the "human transformation" experience that you are having on this trip. Truely amazing that you can share this journey with an audience that is attentive to your message. Your positivity ALWAYS shines through in all of your videos, so there is no need to apologize for any negative content. Honesty and vulnerability are virtues not to be dismissed. I look forward to the rest of your journey no matter what it brings. I'm a long time Northwest motorcyclist, hiker backpacker and have spent many evenings sheltering in my tent from the mosquitoes. I think a number of us can relate. Crappy weather or bugs can alter an experience. Without the bugs, you could relax in you hammock or wander around a bit. Same goes if you hit days on end of rain. Both those things will confine you to your tent and frankly, that’s not much fun. As you mentioned , highs and lows while traveling are to be expected. The lows just make the highs that much better. Thanks for a great video.

Seriously, this brings you to the "human" level, not that I want to see you struggle but it makes it real, that you have the same things to deal with that I do on a lot of my trips. I truly appreciate that you were so genuine in this video. I think we all have this idealistic view of what we imagine certain things will be like. It rarely turns out how we imagine it to be but every once in a while it all comes together to give us that wonderful experience we imagined. I think that’s what keeps us motivated to push on. Life should be viewed like a string of pearls. The pearls are the occasional gems we encounter throughout life while the string is the majority of our lives being the struggles, challenges and monotony. Don’t view your lows as negative’s for us to see. Your an inspiration. We are all human. Love these videos. Thanks so much.

haha - Sterling the 🌏it is real!
your Channel is a place where I always enjoy
    1) quality DSLR/Glass production value
    2) proper tripod ride-by shots
    3) quality audio
    4) a serene and relaxed mood
    5) bush-camping - in style.
I'm glad your drone went U/S - drone shots are way over used in ADV as humans can't fly and never see the world that way. I don't care what my drone can see. Tripods and DSLR for the win. Boots on the ground.
Today however, you do seem a bit lonely... Mate, if you had a bad day, no worries - it happens. We all had a bad ADV day - and yeah wet temperate deciduous forests are known for swarms of mossies in summer and it takes deet, a head net, pre-planned in-tent R&R during dusk and dawn and thin-long sleeve/leg clothing last time i was in BC.
I'll be back for 1~5 above. 👏keep up the good work.

Ahh, this reminds me of a backpacking trip I had, relentless mosquitoes, and with no tent, all I could do to get away was keep hiking, but as exhaustion set in, I found a lake with a little island and a little wind, in ice cold water I swam out to find it swarming with red ants...I was at my end... swimming back I could go under water and be away from it all as long as i could hold my breath, not long in that cold water. I had to climb into my sleeping bag until night set in and the bugs finally left. I sat for hours looking up at the most amazing star show I've ever seen in my life, just amazing. It was a hard trip, still good and I found I had the power to keep pushing on!
Great video 💯 keep it real!

Welcome to camping in Michigan! I mean this has been my camping experience my whole life, until I moved out west. Deet is your friend, a mosquito head net is useful, split wood in half to get to the center where it’s dry, try to set camp in a breeze. Beautiful spot, my wife has a sign she hangs up at our campsites, it says “welcome to camp quitcherbitchin”, she hangs it for me and my boys. She grew up camping in forests like this. When it’s your only means for entertainment you learn to enjoy it. So good luck with your journey and finding better spots to camp and quitcherbitchin, lol.

Thank you for this video Sterling. I remember so well those feelings on a few occasions during my travels. I remember so well not feeling in synch with myself and with the world. As bad as those moments are I also remember how good I felt when things fell back into place, that silver lining after the clouds cleared feeling.

For me it’s the challenges and unplanned events that make the adventure and create the framework for the stories that follow in the time to come. People think I’m crazy for camping off of a motorcycle due to the effort involved. For me the effort is all part of the enjoyment and learning how to adapt and see the good in all situations is a real challenge. My last trip on the MABDR presented us with four days of straight rain. After getting back and reminiscing about the experience I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I love your videos and it’s great that you show the bad with the good. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies as they say. Keep up the great work Stirling.
