It is very easy to hate Sajid Khan ( deservedly so). But it seems like the man is addicted to sex. He is not OK mentally. That is why his prey were newcomers. He probably secretly lusted for all the top actresses as well but knew that there were repercussions for the same and hence did not try his antics with them. I am pretty sure he has had extremely dirty , filthy thoughts for all women - young, old, middle aged, rich, poor, newcomers, top actresses. The only females who survived his sexual greed and dirty thoughts are probably his sister and mother. In this case, I think Sajid Khan needs to go to rehab and get mental treat done for sex addiction and should be confined to heavy community service after he has recovered.
