- Rachel White has accused Sajid Khan of harassment. She recalls how Sajid had called her at his place and kept staring at her chest. "He touched my chest and asked if it was real," she added.
Rachel said that she was so uncomfortable that she could not react. She further narrated that Sajid asked me to strip and get into a bikini.

There should be the government protection scheme/program/interaction for new comer aspirants in Bollywood film industry.Beside, police complaints and FIR, there is the need of "prior prevention scheme" which protect aspirants struggling for actor/actress in Mumbai coming from different part our country. For example, External affair ministry enrolls the NRI informal labour working different countries before departure of India and gives prior protection to them officially as per the critical crisis arises.

You people are right... There is a pattern not only in Bollywood, but in other industries too... Oldies in fiduciary position in teaching come upto studious women and touch their palms and fingers thinking that she "has to run around universities" and there is no way out.. by then, enough "ground level" work will be done to cut her off from the group using "magnificent (female brokers too!) Brokers" amongst the daily interactions. Actually, many people don't know that it's "one of the many international rings" putting women into circulation in many countries and this is only a small part of it.
Another pattern goes on in media, where they think better looking women can be harassed and put aside, so that "they make themselves available voluntarily".Then the " Brokers disguised as professionals " put across their point straight and say "otherwise people will not accept".
Then, comes the MNCs.. No words to describe.. It's such a shame that they call themselves MNCs.. even dirtier than any of the ones being described, " To display their muscle power ".
It goes this way, every " Profession" has this exhibitory dirty side in which many cheapos think women who are "according to them_non influential" must be available irrespective of the age or profession, funnily 60+ ones are the ones who consider them to be the Khan's "outside", amongst the other mixed age groups. One would wonder, if we've not evolved from the Stone Age.
