- In This Video, We used E Visa to travel by road
as many people were thinking we cannot use this visa to use by road
we have used this visa and traveled all the way to Dammam
We were of different nationality in one car no issue at all

If same passport you have system will reject your visa its a chance

May be some information is not matching from his passport or gcc id i will suggest you call them to follow up
