I'm not sure if you've ever met the same problem as me but when I reset it again, both sides had a different Bluetooth name and I couldn't connect it as one even though I tried to charge and reset it multiple times, now I couldn't listen to both sides anymore. Do you perhaps have the solution and know how to fix it please?
Oh yeah, forgot about that button....this has happened before because I seldom use my Earfuns with my phone just my computer.

Randomly one of my airbuds stop working and its never the same one, is this some sort of setting? Ive tried cleaning them, resetting them, reseting the device, ive looked at every support post and nothing has worked

one of my earphones suddenly stops working. it is not a battery problem, because even when it is full, it happens. Its work for one use, i Putin in the case and It’s nie work… hard reset dont work. Do you habe an idea what to might be?
I also have this, I put it on back and forth and eventually both start working. My right earbud also has a problem with noise cancelling, it gives out a noise and the base turns very high

Oofff.. worked for me. I needed cluck twice. Before i just pushed button for 5 sec. Thats paired again but not helped
