Ive been a mechanic for 42 years, i have done thousands of clutches on all vehicles, but this guy is awesome to watch, some of these clutches are hard to do on a two post lift, but he gets them all done and them gearboxes are very heavy, he must be very strong, he is a very impressive worker
he really is man its like watching a champ, he knows every socket size and bolt ahead of time and the way he switches em man just beautiful work laddy !
I was a mechanic more than 40 years ago before Impact screw drivers and right angle drivers but I must say that is impressive work. I used to pride my self in doing a ford escort clutch in under and hour on a car lift which was easy-peasy compared to a modern transverse engine car. The idea of replacing a flywheel in my day was unheard of unless the starter ring was damaged. You must be really physically fit to this job something I don't think most people appreciate. Big respect from an old timer. Great Videos keep up the great work.
Well said from an old git who managed a complete LWB Jumbo Transit exhaust a year ago,I’m 75 now! On my back like this young fella, but lots of muscle gone now! I ached for a few days, but saved about £350 even using genuine parts! He works bloody hard and deserves every penny too! Point being he is so organised with so much needed gear that costs a fortune!Bravo, but stop before your shoulders etc go, would be my advice! Cheers all.
While I admire and respect what Kevin does ….I’m allowed to moan when I have to take the cab off of a 2009 ford 550 6.4L (salt truck) to replace a turbo and EGR coolers that the customer needs done yesterday. Cheers Kevin and good job my man. It’s inspiring brother.🍻🤘🇨🇦
