We really do ❤️ Roomates and best friends before we started dating. He’s my best Craigslist find ever 😂 I had an ad up for a roommate and got the person I’d do life with! 🙌❤️
My grandpa had that creepy man’s face with the tie hanging on his wall when I was little. I would always pull the tie to make it laugh and it scared me so much! He gave it to me as an adult and I got rid of it years later. I wish I hadn’t. It’s great to see that and be reminded of the memories.
I can’t believe Jesse found that thing! My grandfather had one on his basement door and it freaked us out as kids too! I remember it spitting water and making noise. Creepy! :)
Can't fault Jessie for that nostalgic deep dive into the past. I have several items that I have picked up over the years that made me happy because they were a part of my childhood that generated warm and fuzzy memories. Those connections once made are never forgotten.
I am so glad Jesse was able to find something that brought him so much joy😀. I’m thinking a shop with Laura at this huge flea market should be a must for next year🤞😀. I loved all of the jewelry you found and the “matching” burl wood vase……a wonderful addition to your home.
What a great marketplace! I saw so many things I'd buy. It's always a thrill to see your videos and learn about different artists and styles. Jesse,Jesse, Jesse. What can I say?
My mom had alot of the vintage things in her house in the farm from. THE 60's and 70's then they had a house built and got rid of alot of things the new house was decorated Spanish style which I now have several things but I wish I had her other things now☹️ 🥰🦋🦋🦋🌻🌻🌻🐝
I think you could have the second channel just doing a slow pan of all the artworks... Artists would love to see it as inspiration... There are so many artworks, I mean to dimensional ones, are only showing partially... Telling you you could have another side hustle!:-)
I always love shopping along with you but my favourite part is always when you style things. I loved your metal candlesticks (my favourite find, and not just because the artist was a Canadian😉😂). And the mask Jesse bought was a staple back in my day - I always found them funny rather than scary.
Here's a thought - if you go to a reclamation yard and get some old metal rods, you could then have a blacksmith forge them into the tripod you want - maybe make a couple and sell the other...weathered Copper would look awesome with the green fern.. 😊
I love your videos! I was surprised at the “gummy” vendor’s description on the piece you picked up. I’m pretty positive those are all Sascha Brastoff pieces. I have the two green bears. I love his work ❤️
At the same vendor, there was a beautiful roadrunner that I would love to have…by chance do you remember the vendor’s name or have their website, Laura?
I've seen the "thing" Jesse bought once before in an episide if "All in the Family." Archie was using it to try to play a trick on a friend, naturally it backfired.
First off i have to say this Jesse pick was unique perfect for Halloween. How to you picks LOVED it all. That place looks like so much fun. My faves are : all of the rugs, jewelry, all of the purses with the leather one, the gummy bears animals, & all of the other animals figurines. I would go broke in that place.❤❤❤
Jessie getting so excited over that weirdo spitting, eye rolling face is hysterical. His excitement rivals yours over Italian pottery. You have to show us what that face does should he get it working, you must!!! Lol
That was one of the best, if not the best vintage markets I've seen! Wow, just wow! You bought some fabulous things! I'm so glad Jesse found something that made him so happy! After I watched your video I watched George The Antique Nomad's video. At one of the vendor's booth he was at I saw the exact same wall face as Jesse bought! What are the chances of that!
Watching on utube tv1. You showed your salt. I have begun using Celtic salt..same minerals as your blood stream. OMGOSH...so great. However hard to find but I did score a couple of bags at Safeway...bottom shelf next to Morton containers. You will live it!!
It was great to see Jesse so excited. Plus, I want to thank you for all your content. I have learned so much from you. I can't wait to take a peak at your extra bathroom you mentioned a while ago. Loved the group trip, too. Can't wait to see part two.
Yesterday I bought a beautiful studio pottery vase in the most beautiful colours. Kind of a raw sienna and paynes gray colour…..so beautiful! For $4.50 Canadian
I loved those candleholders and also the bronze tall candleholder and of course the jewelry. I live in New Mexico and I love silver and turquoise jewelry!! Jesse’s little ugly man was weird but I think it’s cute he was so proud of it!! You go Jesse!!!😝
The minute saw the wooden vase I said to myself I know there's the other on your countertop and I know exactly where you should put it... I so love them both. You found the perfect place to put it, its nSync with the other one that's on the counter and both has it's own unique look. Thank for sharing great finds.
Laura, I know we all wait to see the penquin ice bucket and there seems to be so many in Oregon, but I've never seen one here in Ireland and I'd love to see/have one! It's the old saying "one man's trash is another man's treasure"!!!!
I so love the tin candle holders awesome find I would love the copper piece so beautiful thanks for the info on the artist I love that story behind the art when you know who made ❤ also Jesse was so happy like a little kid it was probably a great memory for him loved to see him so excited 😊❤ ( don't worry we all have the hubby room/office or space were we just don't look or go lol my husband is a toy collector so yeah! Lol 😊❤
My next door neighbor has a whole bunch of those faces in their hallway and around their house. I've never been inside but I can see them from the windows. They just give me the creeps! Now at least I know what they do that makes them even more creepier.😂
Thank you! We’ve put so much thought into making it timeless for us 🥰 We love cooking in it so much. It’s where my whole family hangs when we host events!
I absolutely love the wood vase you found. I am trying to come up with a cool tablescape for Thanksgiving. Do you think you will have your tablescape video out before the Holiday?
Omg!!! Did Jesse and I have the same uncle?! My Uncle Ralph had one of those spitting faces on the wall and I can remember begging him each time we were over to have it squirt the water out. It would shoot at least 2 or 3 feet. So I gotta know what it’s called or who made them if you know. I tried looking this up about a year ago trying to find one but I couldn’t! Wow just wow.
I actually found the large Gene Byron candelabra in the local Goodwill last summer for $5.99. I didn't know anything about it, but loved how unusual it was. I'm embarrassed to admit I had to think about whether to buy it or not, didn't know if it was worth it! I know, right? My 90 year old mom had one of those laughing ugly faced guys like Jesse found, but it was a Santa. When she downsized a few years ago my two 40ish kids fought over it!
My Aunt and Uncle had that creepy head and it had a scary laugh! I too remember it from my childhood, So fun to see your hubby find one, it brought back memories, that I forgot. Hope he can restore it and if he does, hope you post a video of it.
Hi Laura! Do you have any more information about the resin animals? Who is the artist? I'm so obsessed with them and cannot find any information online! Thank you - another great video!
Hi Laura, I just discovered your channel and so enjoyed the content. Gene Byron, a fav and beautiful jewelry. I'm looking forward to watching more vintage hunts. Thank you.
Very interesting on those candleholders. There is a famous light manufacturer in San Antonio, TX by the name of Isaac Maxwell that designed in that same style.
Sorry, but the find of the day award goes to Jesse! That thing is awesome!
🤣 I’ll let him have this win 🤣🤣
I hope he does wire it to the doorbell!
It should go in his bar area !!!
Maybe a singing fish to go with the tongue man?
It came out in the 70s so it's mid-century! lol 🧚♀
Jesse has such a great sense of humor. You guys seem to have so much fun together.
We really do ❤️ Roomates and best friends before we started dating. He’s my best Craigslist find ever 😂 I had an ad up for a roommate and got the person I’d do life with! 🙌❤️
@@leftcoastrevivals Yep you got a good man there, does he have an older brother or uncle for me lol!
My grandpa had that creepy man’s face with the tie hanging on his wall when I was little. I would always pull the tie to make it laugh and it scared me so much! He gave it to me as an adult and I got rid of it years later. I wish I hadn’t. It’s great to see that and be reminded of the memories.
We need a home tour update! So many finds over the past months. We would love to see the changes.
What you have done to your home is just beyond cool. Such a warm, welcoming kitchen.
Thanks so much! 😊
I can’t believe Jesse found that thing! My grandfather had one on his basement door and it freaked us out as kids too! I remember it spitting water and making noise. Creepy! :)
I think it's sweet that Jesse is excited about his turn to be the "weird" Uncle!!
Can't fault Jessie for that nostalgic deep dive into the past. I have several items that I have picked up over the years that made me happy because they were a part of my childhood that generated warm and fuzzy memories. Those connections once made are never forgotten.
Fun times! I’m getting ready to open my first vendor booth in NC. I have my penguin ice bucket all cleaned up and priced! 😆
Your kitchen looks amazing! Love the candle holders you bought!
I love to find things from my childhood, like Jessie did! Hope he gets it to work! I want to see it function!!
I am so glad Jesse was able to find something that brought him so much joy😀. I’m thinking a shop with Laura at this huge flea market should be a must for next year🤞😀. I loved all of the jewelry you found and the “matching” burl wood vase……a wonderful addition to your home.
You can find a welder who can make you this tripod 🎉
Jessie is a super uncle. The kids will love being scared by that spooky head.
Oh no… I think with Jesse’s creepy head guy you now have the equivalent of the “leg lamp” in A Christmas Story 😮
😳🤣🤣

I always love shopping along with you but my favourite part is always when you style things. I loved your metal candlesticks (my favourite find, and not just because the artist was a Canadian😉😂). And the mask Jesse bought was a staple back in my day - I always found them funny rather than scary.

I totally own the copper candelabra 😂. Picked up for $23 at an estate sale 😃
I love your videos! I was surprised at the “gummy” vendor’s description on the piece you picked up. I’m pretty positive those are all Sascha Brastoff pieces. I have the two green bears. I love his work ❤️

I get Jesse, my grandfather had a scary mask similar to the one you got….children were always attracted to it😊
Oh wow I have the turquoise flower earrings just like your ring. Lol ❤❤❤
Isn’t it great when it all comes together 😊
A amazing show , I loved the mirror that was stylish vintage at its best. You meet such nice people, they love what they’re doing.
I've seen the "thing" Jesse bought once before in an episide if "All in the Family." Archie was using it to try to play a trick on a friend, naturally it backfired.
Put that small vase underneath that double window over there behind you and it'll tie the whole wall together
I'm taking Noah put it underneath those little 12 x 12 windows or 8 x 8 that'll be cool
The mirror kinda looks like Sauron eye, neat, modern, but kind of whimsical.
I love Jesse's find! 😊
And that vintage market was insane👌🏾
I really like the earrings you found😊👍👍😊
My Grandpa had one of those heads! Wow that brought back some buried memories!

I think I see a theme developing for the bomb shelter!
Blessings to your family
That mirror would have come home with me. Takes up floor space but Id have made the room. Stunning!!!
I feel you!! If I had room for it 😍😍
Wow that mirror was stunning
What a unique space

Everything you found is just everything 👏🏻 I’m so excited for the Friday Sale.
Great stuff love that wooden vase

Laura sees a weapon in a candle holder, ha, ha, definitely a sign of the times!
I’m all for obscure home protection 😂 They’ll never see it coming!
Yesterday I bought a beautiful studio pottery vase in the most beautiful colours. Kind of a raw sienna and paynes gray colour…..so beautiful! For $4.50 Canadian

No way! Haha I’d be sacred of that neighbor 😂
I think they are a little strange! They have asked me to come inside their home but I always have an excuse. 😂
I love your kitchen! 💎
Your kitchen is a work of art😊
Thank you! We’ve put so much thought into making it timeless for us 🥰 We love cooking in it so much. It’s where my whole family hangs when we host events!
I like when you show the price deal you got the things for.
I absolutely love the wood vase you found. I am trying to come up with a cool tablescape for Thanksgiving. Do you think you will have your tablescape video out before the Holiday?
I'm so with Jesse about the wall head! I love all the weird and creepy stuff. 🥰
I remember those spiiing heads 😂😂😂
I have one of those perfume atomizers. So cool.
You always have the best music on your videos! Is there a particular artist that you choose from?

Great video as always you need to get flameless candles for your collector candle holders I would be afraid to get wax on them.
Loved all the jewelry and of course Jesse's find lol. 😊
The “spider” mirror felt black widow-ish with the diamond shape. I had a creepy/oddities shelf at one time, lol.
Woo hoo!!! So excited to watch!
Colonel Mustard in the dining room with the candlestick.

My pet peeve is when vendors have items "not for sale." Like, that's hypocrisy! Why have it in your booth!?! 😲
I agree!! The nerve 😡
I feel ya I was a bit disappointed but he just needed something to hang that cool pot from 😉
When wl u have a house tour?
Wow! Those lapis earrings are gorgeous!
Loved the candleholders with the wood vase! The little lady holding the ear rings is so sweet. Love your gorgeous top, is it vintage?
I love the head
I thought the mirror looked like a spider also
I like to think of you as a vintage reseller AND a vintage keeper! 😜
My Dad had a couple of these!!
Really!? How funny!! 😆 They’re soooo creepy!

How much was that mirror? In the beginning? It was really nice I love your channel.
