In Vellore there are two samsung sevice centers,one is fully for Customer service and another one is showroom and service center.For broken display they usually finish in an hour.I will give Samsung a 9/10.

I am purchasing motorola zx 109cm ultra HD 4k television on 23-04-2023. In this tv display line mark issue came on 13.03.2024. So i was warranty claim registered on 20.03.2024. But still not resolved.
I have registered warranty claim in 5 times. I was talk to your customer care around 25 times.. i have all the details about that..
Flipkart customer support sending your contact no and details ( jeeves repair)
I contact the technician(Sathis kumar) he told my location changed so cancelled your claim..
What will do?? Please resolve my problem.. my worst experience bro😢😢

Yes what u said is 100%true and it is happening everywhere. I got a problem in my motog40 mobile speaker and it was under warranty period i went motorlo authorised service centre to claim warranty they said the phone is already opened or the phone sent from the Flipkart is used one so the warranty cannot be claimed but the truth is it was come as a brand new and it was not opened anywhere.they are very rude and not in a mind set to do service without money and asked 750rs for changing speaker it was happened in tirunelveli Motorola authorised service center.the same happened to my friend also.so we have to consider the service point of view when we are buying mobile, laptop and anyother gadget.

I bought a redmi 9 prime for my mom 2 year ago .after the warranty expired with in 15 days It got turned off and stuck in boot loop. I have approached the service centre but they told me mother board is dead and warranty is not applicable but they agreed their is no issue from my side it's totally a manufacturing defect.i took that to a local service centre and he told its jst a thermal paste issue but he charged 2k one the worst product experience

Bro I am also from Krishnagiri, but right now I am staying in Bangalore . Exactly one year before I took my realme 8i mobile to the same service centre which u mentioned in that video. My Mobile has some mother board issues, frequently the display gets turned off while using the Mobile.
First they did a software update, but the issue was not resolved. For that I waited more than 2 hours.
Later they asked me to handover the mobile for a complete debug test. After three days I went and I collected my Mobile but they replied like they were also not able to find the issue, at the end they charged 700 rupees for that initial sw update. That was the worst service centre experience I felt over there.
Also I visited one more authorised service centre at jayanagar Bangalore. There also I didn't get a solution, simply they were asking me to change the display , and the display cost will be around 5k with only one month warranty.
I won't suggest realme mobile to anyone. Worst service centre experience 😢

Ivlokum andh phone launch agai konjam naal laye indha issue. Ipa idha paakarapa enna thonudhuna new mobile thaane ellarum careful a thaa use panuvaanganu soare availability a konjam delay pani vaipaangalo.? Just saying 😌. Another Experience on Realme XT

Samsung - 10 - Really had a good experice with them - Visited twice once for display damage and once for charging port(Under warranty) damage that too in Trichy had a great experice display they changed within 1 day and charging port they have given with 1 hour. I feel if Brand has its exclusive service centre its good
