Grinding the beef!

- The Rod Ridge Farm butchering is finished up. Here, we take all the pieces and cuts and grind them for burger. There is minimal waste with the processing of this beef and you can't go wrong with fresh ground beef. We control the amount of fat that goes in to you can make it as lean as you like. This machine can make patties but so can't my hands so no extra grinder work there. #selfsufficient #homesteading #beef #groundbeef #burger

@@sarahrodriguez5404 yup we just finished packing up yesterday to go to our church camp out i wish there was a lake close by and then I take my fishing gear and catch lots of fish for tonight's potluck night lunch
