Making and Canning Raspberry Jelly!

Rod Ridge Farm is in full on berry season. In this video, I make and can raspberry jelly. Raspberry season isn't long, and it's a struggle to make the kids share so we can make jelly. I have made jams and marmalades but never jelly.
I wish my knee recovery was farther along! A friend has ripened blackberries right now and I could make a lot of jelly!!
