record labels, radio stations, and music media determine who is on top. you have to accidentally find rishloo to know about them. you put them on a major media platform just once and it would cascade into millions of fans.
Wow if pink Floyd's echoes met tool...but more experimental I love it. Been stuck on this song lately, I love the experimental complexity, the warmth and heavyness range in the guitar, the heavy bass, and those sizzling drum and symbol beats and the vocals so powerful and clean...wow just blow me away. Such awesome underrated music.
We should stop comparing them to Tool. Rishloo had their stuff together by themselves. The only comparisson with Tool we can make is both bands made their own genre.
wow at the vocals. If only I could hear them more clearly! I hardly hear anybody sing so clearly in such a setting. I'm super impressed! Also props for the sound technicians, good monitor output there, I guess
this guys are musicians. They play Complex and armonic setbacks in all instruments, awesome lyric and definetly a fantastic voice. (reminds me the voice of the great James Maynard K., and F. Mercury). Just Awesome, Have a great sucess guys!
Love this band. They are number one on the list of bands I'm still yet to see live. Shitty I'm on the east coast and doesn't seem like they are heading this way anytime soon. They deserve to be a lot bigger and have the opportunity to tour further out.
Yea we kinda get shafted on the east coast with progressive bands like Tool, Rishloo, Fair To Midland, Karnivool. But when they come around, ohhh man you bet I would buy a few tickets to go. There's usually just one concert and they don't come back for the rest of the year lol. A concert with Rishloo + Tool + Karnivool and even FTM as a guest would be fucking nuts.
You should probably save and go to the west coast! When they play. I live in South America, and I was planning of going to the states to see a few things I cannot get down here. Rishloo would be one of them. You are in the same country if you have that chance take it!! for the ones who cannot !!!
One of the most interesting bands I've ever listened too. Glad that they can do as well live as on album, it's PERFECT! Wish they would gain more success, they deserve it.
My guitar instructor turned me onto this band. The band I am in are even covering Feathergun in the Garden of the Sun in a live show we are playing in our area. Killer song and fun to play as well. We have a female member covering the vocals when we play it. I really have grown to like this band a lot. I know it isn't fair to make comparisons, but something about their sound and the lead singers voice is very Tool-esque. I would say it is definitely a more uplifting psychedelic rock sound than Tool though. Good Stuff. Wish we saw them going more music.
Well... three of my favorite ones are Animals as Leadres (instrumental prog) Haken they have pretty good albums! And the other one is Chon. If u already know those I also highly recommend The Contorcionist, they are amazing! Let me know how it goes🌷
Eidolon is underrated, and the production is mushy and muddy, but that album has literally my favorite songs of all time on it. namely El Empe and To Tame the Temporal Shrew
@@greigns7781 that would be a dream come true, that album is just so good even with the low quality production. unfortunately I don't think that's something we'll see anytime soon
I'm so fucking upset it looks like I will never see the guys live. I've never came across such an incredible band on all levels but I had to find em when they seem to be done after going so long with no fanfare
reminds me of a video from the 90s where tool plays in front of an audience of about 5 people, recorded with bad video and audioquality. Damn rishloo is just killer, so sad they are not more popular.
I only discovered you yesterday but you are absolutely awesome. Do you ever perform in Europe? I love your sound and damn those vocals! I need to see you live!
It's amazing how this band is not more widely known to public.. I mean... music, vocals, vocal melodies, production.. a good record company should promote them better..
I just spoke with vocalist Drew Mailloux of Rishloo and the episode goes up on my CZcams channel tomorrow at 9am PST. Grab a your favorite brew and join us! 🍻🛸 czcams.com/video/POsmr3nYKp0/video.html
In the last month I've come to love this band. This singer is good beyond any doubt and I simply love the guitar in all songs. But this guitarrist sucks at playing a live concert

Probably the most underrated band of the past 10 years. But damn I'm glad I found them.
I would say 20. I believe they will be what kids now will reply when asked what was good in music after the 2000's
Please check out the band Opeth as well. SO underrated.
Agree
You are unknown Gods.
The are VERY FEW vocalists that can put forth just as good a performance live as studio.
Here’s one of them.
Who else from Romania loves this band?
This band (especially the singer) is on a whole different level.
I love you Rishloo, after all these years, always. Thank you for your great music.
one good enough producer is what keeps this guys from reaching their full potential.
They're too good for the mainstream. lol. Simpletons can't handle this type great music.
@@BruceIsWild r/iamverysmart
@@BruceIsWild lol i love this band but fuck off with that elitist shit

Agreed
instrumental of tool and vocals of queen. fuckin awesome!
Cabbage за tool і queen зачот
Cabbage they also remind me System of a Down a little
Vocals totally remind me of Maynard but I can hear some Queen
I think he sounds almost just like maynard
Higher voiced myles kenedy

try fair to midland if you haven’t already, they’re quite similar to rishloo in some aspects. also leprous are pretty cool.
We should stop comparing them to Tool. Rishloo had their stuff together by themselves. The only comparisson with Tool we can make is both bands made their own genre.
Wow, they actually sound BETTER live than on record
no they don't
@@4ur3n imo the studio versions are a bit too overproduced, this is way better. The mix wasn't great though.
I think they were just as tight, but the mix is off
the studio record was just not well mixed, I wonder how good they actually sound live with a gifted sound engineer at Hand.
Vocally, lyrically, instrumentally..... AWESOME!
great band!!!!!! this album is fantastic !
were able to fill the void left by the tools for years...
DemoneDelDolore тут ти прав. you damn right
wow at the vocals. If only I could hear them more clearly! I hardly hear anybody sing so clearly in such a setting. I'm super impressed!

total underrated prog band of the decade
Man I wish you guys kept pushing. This album was an absolute masterpiece. Hope you boys are doing good and hoping for new music still.

I feel you, we in Germany barely get any good Progressive bands to see live.
I wish FTM would come back...

It's kinda funny watching singers' habits. He tends to lean back like he's leaving room for his giant voice to belt out. Lol. Great song

Amazing, creative lyrics, mind blowing energy, excellent vocals, awesome guitar work. Is there anything this band doesn't have?
FocusReborn a fan base
And money
a good producer :( and an actual will to stay together, as far as I know they're not a band anymore :(
Live footage with good audio
I just recently discovered their music...their are awesome..
The whole performance was good ,but the vocalist was just perfect
The vocal.... This song's vocal is really complex and difficult. Hats off to him.
These guys needs a good deal with a big studio, their sound is out of this world
It's incredible that there isn't a high quality live video of this band.
8 years, and im still love u guys
Always rocks my socks when I can see someone with an epic song perform it live - epically. :D
kind of upset that i never heard of them, but still glad i found em

Amazing as always. The most underrated band ever!
Música excelente . texto .tal cual .realista de acuerdo a esta época .mucha energía , Gracias!!
Checking to see if the Vocalist could pull off what he did in the studio live, was not disappointed! These guys rock!
Rishloo. Fair to Midland. The Mayan Factor. Dream Theater. These are the four most talented artists in the world.
😲Incredible band, sounds so clearly!
Man, how goddamn tragic and sad that they never became very very famous, they should have.
semplicemente stupenda!

Uma das musicas já feitas! Puta que pariu que negocio absurdo de bom
quiero una voz así, amazing voice :)
I just wish they came back
Damn... So goood...

Love them so much. It’s like if the Jesus Christ Superstar play was actually a real/advanced band. It’s dramatic. Theatrical. In the best way.
Great one
this is what it looks like to be drunk on your own music :D best feeling, great performance
