I can't tell if those cops are real players or CPUs, but judging by how they drive I'd say CPU. It's safe to say I never played MW but I did play UG1 and 2. This is still fascinating to see lol
They spawn in front of the player the second he turns his camera around, definitely AI
If you haven't played MW, then you can't really appreciate how well and detailed all of this was made. Had this been released in 2007 or so, it would've been HUGE.

Wow. I never knew that in the future GTA San Andreas will turn from been GTA to freaking Need for Speed game of all games. Like, it's been a Spider-Man game, Superman game, Batman game, Ironman game, James Bond game and now it's Need for Speed game. The mods for this game are going crazy, if you ask me.

This server is getting ridiculous. I remember years ago when I suggested the hotring racer, I was scoffed at, because "iTs a nAsCaR" and now they add vehicles that don't even fit the game anymore wtf.
