Only way I can get my kids to eat egg plant is to cut it into round slices and turn it into a bite size pizza slice. I have been having a super hard time finding vegan shredded cheese. My local grocery store has the vegan slices and I love them. Oh my niece and I made that recipe you sent me for Thanksgiving and OMG it was sooo good. I gave my hell laws ( yeah I don’t like my in laws hence the hell part) and didn’t tell them it was vegan. They loved it and then I asked them if they like vegan type foods and they said GROSS NO. I died laughing and said well you just ate vegan 🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣 That's hilarious!! Ahaha well I'm glad everyone liked it! Takes a long time to make but it's so worth it. Yeah I've been just getting my shredded vegan cheese at Trader Joe's. It's not the quality of the nice ones at like Whole Foods but let's be real, I ain't got money for that.
