My 2nd son was born while I was laying in a hospital bed and I hated it! I knew I wasn't in the right position. The dr was frustrated with me but I needed to be up.

Never had a NEED to get on my hands and knees to give birth...
It depends on how the baby is positioned in the individual's body. Delivering my 2nd son in hands and knees or squatting would've been so much better
