@0:38, completely furnished, wow. These days, everything is an upgrade. I've just discovered this channel and am pleased to see that there are more episodes. Loving what I've seen so far.

This video is so cool. I actually would have enjoyed bringing a friend and helping as I learn on the way. Vintage care vintage home-what an escape 👌🏾

I'm sure you've heard this before but you remind me of a younger Colin Firth in the movie "A Single Man". Good company! Lol.
Nope never heard that one before!
I would love to know more of the history of your home..has it been changed at all since first built etc.:)
That episode is in the works as we speak! Yes, the house had been changed. It was wrapped in steel siding in about 1970, and later around 2009 suffered an HGTV style flip..... 6 panel doors installed everywhere, all the paneling removed....all the woodwork removed including every built-in. The kitchen had been gutted and shaker cabinets with granitite countertops installed. the bathrooms were also gutted and remodeled. The builder grade windows were added.....since I bought it, its been 2+ solid years of restoration back to 1955. Its come a long way.
Looking forward to watching that video!
