Man should not live by bread only but by every word of God. Starve your body during fasting n feed your spirit with the word of God.

The power of fasting and praying has removed me from sunken places and entrapments. Glory be to god. I usually fast for 12 hour periods. Pray every 3 hours. Breaking with a fruit feast. I see turn arounds almost instantaneously

I've been watching this guy for a while now and I wish he lived near me where we can befriend eachother and with complete maturity and friendship learn God together, meditate together, grow together and keep eachother strong against the worldy temptations. We could teach eachother. I need someone like that.

When you fast it should be very quiet reading or stuying your bible staying on your knees speaking and lietening to the father, no bad thought, no cursing, gossiping just calm making love to your creator in Jesus Holy name

I'm a vivid dreamer. Not by choice/ attempts. It's about at times. I deal with alot of attacks in that aspect. Fasting improves the circumstances of my dream life & situations/battles, I face there. Dreams aren't sourced in mere imagination...it is a much more direct encounter, with the spritual realm. There are 3 sources of dreams...God Satan & self.... Sometimes these sources overlap, because All are present. I've learned much of & about God & Angels, Satan or demons, myself & my subconscious, from my dreams & studying them intently...it is like a more direct connection/ communication with that realm....so much so that, the enemy if our soul, uses it as an effectual means of attack & covenant forming with man. This can be very detrimental to our spirits & waking life.. there's a Minister named Kevin L.A. Ewing, here on CZcams, that has been a great help to my understanding and overcoming of this particular battlefield

Fasting is Good it allows ones body to cleanse and it Humbles the mind and allows for greater focus and in that there is a strength in my understanding anyway. It's very Easy to overindulge in numerous ways when surround By Negativity and I'll intention of others with little to No understanding of who or what Iam but I choose to follow a higher level Not the words of man . As it's changabIe to suit favour of others. For ones own reason! Ido seek Betterment Not just of my self tho in every way possible I long for growth. I hope you learn to understand why in the sense none are without any fault show me the man/woman I will show you the lie And one day we will reson and then this can allow for much greater clarity in actuality but till then nothing but Love.

I'm inspired and drawn to this natural purification of one own self in relation to the most high God. I'm overwhelmed to know the practices of spiritual movements to align yourself and to sacrifice your physical need to move by the most high God yashua to greet you in his presence base on your desire towards him. It's only fair enough to feed your soul your spirit while it will not lack food growth enlightening towards your own path that is always there and is prepared by the most high God.
