They are but marriage is something else. Even Allah called it "مِّيثَاقًا غَلِيظًا", the connection, the responsibility, the love just everything about it is on a different level.

Every excuse not to be with them gym male only sports events, boys night out finds extra any work every school vacations ships them off to the in laws

Walaikumasalam sister, this situation is very unfortunate and I am very saddened to hear that you are going through this. Dear sister, make dua to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'Ala to aid you with this and if he is harming you- this is something serious and a relationship I would not recommend you be in as he is beating you, making you feel low, and drinking. Please speak with sisters at your local masjid as well as reach out to the imam regarding your situation as what your husband is doing is haram and your safety is 10000% more important than anything else. I am not aware of your situation or the cultural circumstances, but I will make dua for you and I hope that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'Ala makes it easy for you and guides you to a solution and the straight path, Ameen.

I don't agree for it be said talak to me and still leving same house and try to convince me. Parallel he have affair with Indonesian girl through Instagram. When I caught him he said she is her sister he put his hand on kuran and said she is my sister.
I tried to said him its haram if you want to marry with someone you have to tell his parents and marry her but he still talking her and other side I don't have parents so he married me in masjid without inform his parents and now he told me i i don't want you.
If you agree for my other marriage then i will be with you.
He speaks bad word and slap me very often.

      Asalaam alaikum,
Do you have a Wali, and also, can you get in contact with the Imam that married you, as well as The local Imam, to seek counseling and assistance? Sister , it is very important that you get help from the Imam so that you are treated with justice and not abused ( through domestic violence). Please seek help from Allah (SWA) first with thikr and Dua ( supplication). Ask him to protect you and rectify your situation. ( make istikhara and ask Allah to guide you to make the best decision about your marriage). At the same time, seek help from your local Imam and also the Imam that married both of you if this is not the same . If you have a Wali, then contact him also. If you have brothers, siblings, or other family members that can help you move out and find a place to stay, if it comes to that, then do so.( if you come to the decision ( after, dua/ prayer , istikhara, talking to the Imam with your husband present of course, seeking counseling with a member from your family and a member from his family to at least see if you both can save your marriage and be just , kind and merciful to each other) that the marriage will not work out, then unfortunately, divorce might be the only option and you probably will need to separate to avoid any physical abuse and mental abuse. That is why I said to the suggestion of planning to move out if you finally decide that divorce is the best choice under the circumstances.
