    Thanks for the great video! I had no idea about them raising the sidewalls 3 inches, I don't think the people at Forest River mention that in their videos lol. I love everything about this RV from the zero maintenance PVC roofing to the Azdel goodness! I am not crazy about the idea of that window on the very front possibly getting broken but everything else would be perfect for me and my family!!! Thanks again!!!!

      You’re welcome! We appreciate the comments. On the window, it’s automotive grade glass so it’ll chip before it shatters and so far we haven’t seen very many issues from road debris hitting the window.

      I have the 202RBLE . The ceiling height in the trailer is fantastic due to this change. A 6 ft tall person can stand up in the slide as well. They also now use wood trusses in the roof now which was a change I was not aware of till after my purchase. They previously had aluminum trusses in the roof before this change.

    Great review. Thanks. Just curious why on the Murphy Bed they would not have completely covered the mattress when it is in the up position.

      I believe the latch is in the way of having the covers go around the bottom of the mattress. And If you’re referring to the bed base, I’m not sure why it is shorter than the mattress.

    Nice job with the video! Curious why they don't include an outside shower? Also how would you rate the quality of cabinets? Tank sizes?

    • @RVingwithCory
      @RVingwithCory  Před 3 lety +1

      The cabinetry in the Surveyor is top notch. It’s pocket screwed and glued with hardwood doors and drawers. TheY went to the spray port instead of the outside shower because of their outside kitchen setup on every floor plan to standardize production. The tank sizes are 40/40/30 (fresh/grey/black)

      @@RVingwithCory Super bummed about no outside shower!! We use it all the time on our current trailer. might be a deal breaker even though I like everything else about this trailer.

    You mentioned that the port to the right of the outdoor kitchen is a cable port but you also show one on the back. What is that port next to the power outlet by the outdoor kitchen? Also where is the gas hookup for the outdoor griddle located?

    • @RVingwithCory
      @RVingwithCory  Před 3 lety +1

      The port next to the outside kitchen is the cable outlet vs the cable inlet which is on the back side of the trailer. The LP quick connect is tucked up against the frame directly under the outside kitchen.

    Is it possible to get to the bathroom with the slide closed?

      It is if you take the table top off the dinette and store it on one of the bunks for travel.

    is the length 25 feet 11 inches total, hitch to back bumper?
