I’m actually walking 1h everyday on an elliptical bike at my gym club since January 1st. 😅
I “only” lost 5kg, 15 more to lose if possible (I’m 113kg 😅).
Well done. That sounds like a very good New Year's resolution. As we get older, our health becomes even more important! I go for a short walk every morning before work and I also go swimming once a week. 🏊♂️

while describing this elliptical ,i just wonder if anything we stand on can be called platform
Not everything. We often say "platform" for a flat, raised surface.
