This is amazing, thank you datflys. The Eric Johnson influence is there but not dominating, EG has his own voice, and damn, it's badass. The band is as much a star as he is. Just phenomenal. The tone, the note choices, the heart and soul pouring through. The audience that night got a hell of a show. Eric gales is the king. I love Bonamassa but this is a three piece, come on. Mind Blown!
It's one thing to play left-handed, but entirely different to play left-handed on a guitar that is strung for a right-handed person. Such a great talent. Love watching Eric.
Not to mention that Eric is right handed from the get go!!

I have watched this show well over 50 times now in it's entirety... I see and hear new, complex but simply amazing tones, riffs and rhythms each time. And I'm not just talking just about Eric. I myself have sang, played lead guitar, 5 string bass and even some pedal steel guitar over the passed 30 years. I spent nearly 20 years on stage working up to seven nights a week, sometimes 2 shows a day... So, I really do know undoubtedly, that all 3 of these men have exceptional musical talent. Trios are my thing y'all. Been there... done it... quite a bit actually. Pulling off an energetic 2.5 + hour show as a 3 piece is not as easy as it looks folks!
Musician to musician, I got nothin' but love and mad respect for these gentlemen...

It's no secret that Eric Gales is a phenomenal guitarist. That rhythm section behind him is also killer. The bass and drums are so tight and groovin!!!
