    Routine stays the same! each week is about making progress in performance by increase the weight or the reps.

      British weights are slightly less than the American weights. 125kg of 275 I think 💪

      Yup good bit of solid progress on chest this week. Sitting at 223 in body weight so I’m pretty light as well just now. Will go for 214 for the shreds
