My uncle Frank took me for a ride in his 67 when I was 11 years old. Still the most beautiful GTO ever built in my opinion. Awesome muscle car.
On da Lower East side New York NYC me Ralphy and this other kid Had washed my brothers older freind Ralphy ,cleaned his mod Blue 1965 Po that GTO then he took us for a ride init my brother was so surprised for us riding in da GTO .in da 1960s .Then my freinds Aunt hD a q969 GTO Also in Bklyn NY.thrn I lived near 2 two Pontiac Dealers Chief ,& Mpntrose Pontiacs wow I've seen so much Pontiacs then my nrother bought A 1073 in 1974 a Triple Birgundy Red Bench seat no peer windows but a strong 400 engine wow wat A Beautiful Car dat wS w Pontiac Sport Mags .Pontiac were da fun cars to Drive .
67' GTO's had a 400cu in engine. The 389 was in 64 through 66.

had a 73formula firebird 400cid auto trans with a b&m shift kit posi- trac rear end, one bad mamma jamma! wish I still had it! had some motor work done on engine w/hooker headers what beautiful sound it made! SWEEETT!!!

Beautiful car. Everything But disc brakes. Thats my only negative. Disc conversion would have been a small investment on such a sweet ride.
