We Spent Easter Sunday at Volcano Bay - How to Maximize your time with a ten year old!!

- In today's video we make our way to Volcano Bay at Universal Orlando to celebrate Easter Sunday. On this visit we navigate the park through a ten year old and let me tell you we got to ride a ton of attractions and do things that I've never done before at Volcano Bay. These are the days you will remember when you look back in 8 years when your daughter graduates and is 18 and you have a tear in your eye because of the absolute innocence of these types of days with the ones you love most. As a Dad of a 23 year old I find myself reminiscing of park days in Universal and Disney and you would give anything to go back and experience it again. Trust me on that one! I love volcano 🌋 bay one my favorite water 💦 parks in Orlando besides Discovery cove. We was there 3 years ago I recommend it 👍🏼👌🏻👌🏻
Volcano Bay is a lot of fun. However I had to be CARRIED OUT of that fearless river. It is not for the faint of heart 😂.

We’ve had a cabana every time we’ve gone but once. You for sure need to get it online or call ahead to ensure you get one. For our family (six of us) it just makes sense. Also; in the middle of summer it’s always going to be way more expensive. We like going the first week of Oct.-not crowded, but still hot.

This was me and my family when we went to Volcano Bay, my 10 year old daughter loved the fearless river and she kept wanting to go back around. We loved it and I don’t even think I know what’s so cool about it lol buts its awesome. Great video

Volcano Bay seems like a very fun water park. Also you probably should’ve mentioned that you recommend taking water shoes since i hear the ground can get really hot

I always get the Cobb Salad at Bambu when we eat at VB. Never a line, no waiting, just a wonderful experience throughout. Oh! And you can burn off some serious calories riding Te 'Awa (the Fearless River). 😉
And the food is TOP TIER 🎊 🎉🥳🥳🌊🛝

If you ever wanna do a day at coco key feel welcomed. Not the biggest water park resort , but if your looking for a day to relax and drink while the kids enjoy themselves. It’s the place

I took that exact spot for loungers when I visited, the big slides do get some long wait times, early access deffo helps you can get them done first of all before all the crowds staying at universal hotel, they are walk ons first thing
I've never been to the front. Every time we go we stay at Cabana Bay, so we always use that entrance.

I was there on Easter - it was a miserable experience but I absolutely appreciated seeing the park for the first time

@@toluani7690just crowded and miserable - I had to ask a family to share a chair with me since they seemed to have had a few for their family. I just wouldn’t recommend going on a crowded day especially without early admission. you spend more time walking around than actually enjoying the rides

Hii Dev hope your doing well. I know this might be a sensitive question to you but can we know if your even done with all the Disney parks? Like California ,Japan,Paris and the other parks? Are you willing to focus only on universal studios or you will visit the other parks like Busch gardens six flags and the other theme parks. Thanks for all your amazing videos
I will be visiting other major theme parks throughout this year. As far as returning to the Disney parks only time will tell but I will make more Disney videos eventually when I’m ready.
I had the mahi sandwich on my last visit... I think it's very good but the bun gets soggy really quick because of the sauce so if you decide to get it ask for the sauce on the side...other than that I would definitely get it again!

Hey dev, not sure if you will read this, but I am looking for advice.
My family is going May 5th through the 10th and w.e have a reservation for a sapphire falls.
We are thinking about downgrading to Cabana Bay since we have a family of five ( my wife and I, 7,6 and 2 year old).
I've heard the water taxis are great from sapphire falls , especially with strollers, but no food court, or suites plus the 300 difference is making me think we should downgrade to cabana?
Which would you recommend or anyone else with advice as well.
I think Sapphire Falls is a great option because of the water taxis and the rooms are in excellent condition with some nice perks. They do have a quick service location along with a few other really good restaurants. On the other hand Cabana Bay has great value with larger rooms and some good amenities but expect more noise and for the hotel to be overall more crowded due to the value. If you don't plan on being in the room that often go Cabana bay and save some money but if you want to actually really enjoy the hotel go with Sapphire. Hope that helps!
