This is serious quality shredding ,good old school influences here.Massive dedication to their music has paid off .Today we have a modern dynamic band from Japan .The West is rapidly taking notice ,of the new wave of modern super groups delivering an extreme high performance from Japan.This is the strong heavy wind of change from the direction of the East.
About 23 years ago I got tired of the rock on the radio, and accidentally stumbled across X-Japan and was blown away. Been a huge fan of J-rock ever since. It is indeed so different, and so much better IMO.

Holy F**k! Hearing this for the first time, huge Priest fan here and when the song started I immediately was reminded of painkiller and started rocking out. I was playing a video game bangin' my head to the hardcore riffs and kick ass drum beats and all was well in the universe until suddenly the drums shift into overdrive and the guitarist (SAKI) rips her first solo like she's possessed by a supernatural power and time stops. I stop playing and suddenly I'm FOCUSED on her fingers and guitar for the entire solo and then when it ended it was like time resumed and I went back to playing and rocking out. Ever had that feeling? Man I love it when that happens!!!! 💥🤘😆🤘💥
Wow, this has been on YT for 10 years and I never knew about it? Ten years ago, I had given up on ever hearing any good new hard rock and actually bought a Black Eyed Peas album. Wish I'd known about this back then.

This song just ROCKS...irrespective of the sampling of the Painkiller lick, crank it up and it just makes the room move.
So I came here because I saw a FB post by Dragonforce which stated that this group will be performing with them in Hong Kong, so I decided to take a look. I'm quite impressed.

I swear those fingers of steel just shot me back to the 70's and 80's so hard my neck is killing me!!!The rest of the one name wonders, Eye (vocals), Rio(bass) and Mari(drums) are also awesome. This is the music I long for and having seen some of their LIVE stuff they are really great, while Saki is the focal point the rest of the musicianship is outstanding as well!

A few weeks ago I didn’t know about this band. Then I saw them open for Galneryus and Unlucky Morpheus and was blown away.

For those constantly mentioning Painkiller, I just look at it like all the other people do with they pick certain licks and just "sample" them.Started a lonnnng time ago.
I like painkiller but I think the ladies did a kick ass job of that guitar lick and made it their own.
So give it a rest, we all know the lick started with JP years ago.

Their lead guitar player is considered one of the best guitar players in Japan and is highly regarded by musicians around the world. So as Moira says they have more metal than you could ever hope to be.

せっかく良いバンドなのにメンバーチェンジしちゃったり、解散しちゃったり、デビューと同時に
変な方向に行ってしまったり…。
そんな中で、硬派、骨太、王道を感じる、素晴らしい4人ですね。
生まれて初めて、女性バンドのCDを買いました。
願わくば、このメンバーでずっとずっと続けて欲しいです。

I got turned on to Mary's Blood because of the Naon Yaon festival video that had Show-Ya, Eye, Mayu, Angie 1/3 singing 3 songs together. Very cool. I like Eye's vocals in this. The whole band is very talented. Look forward to listening to more from them.

正直、今までガールズバンドをバカにしていました、どうせ一過性のブームなんだろうと。でも、KBS京都の「HR/HM」でこの曲のMVを見たとき、あーすごいなぁと感心しました。なにがすごいかって？それはもうオープニングのシャウトもそう、卓越していてかつ熱いギターもそう。ただカッコいいだけじゃなくて、８０年代メタルのツボを押さえた技術とキャッチ―さがこのバンドの最大の魅力だと思う。この曲のような伝統的なメタルを女性バンドが演奏してくれたって聞くと、あたしは嬉しいよ。こういう正統派メタル、超大歓迎！
