Zebra printer service Tips: Printer skips labels or will not Calibrtate

If your Zebra Printer skips labels , or prints across the gaps between labels you may have label material obstructing the printers "Label sensor". Here we show a Zebra 110xi IIIPlus Printer with an "upper media sensor" that has Label material stuck to it. This printer was not able to properly calibrate.

Great closeup - would have loved to seen in relation where these sensors are. Especially if someone has never worked on one and is using your video to get an idea of where these are.

Hemostats work much better than needlenose pliers for this :-)
